Groups consist of from four to twelve students each. Emphasis
is placed on speaking and listening comprehension. The additional afternoon
sessions provide a platform for vocabulary workshops, conversations, presentations
and discussions.
Some students need only a few courses to achieve their
desired level of proficiency. Other students must begin with the basics
and take all or most of the courses in the program. Our curriculum
combines grammar, vocabulary building, reading, writing, listening and speaking
skills. Small classes guarantee that you will receive a high level of personal
attention and maximum learning opportunities.
Placement & Exit Tests: Incoming students are given a placement test to determine their
entry level. English is the only language used in the classroom. Midterm
and final tests, as well as weekly quizzes, measure learning progress.
