Printable Financial Certification

The Enrollment Application form must be accompanied by a financial certification that states sufficient funds will be available to meet both your living expenses and tuition expenses while at A F International. Any one of the following is an acceptable means of certification:

Full payment in advance for any program (see payment options) - (OR)

Completion of the Financial Certification Form with bank statement attached

Print out this Financial Certification. Have it signed by your sponsor (Certificate of Guarantor), and by the sponsor's bank. Sign and date it. Fax it to 001 213 381 6721, or mail to A F International School of Languages Inc., PO Box 6223, Thousand Oaks, CA 91359-6223, USA.
